The Tampa Bay Rays took their time building a solid, young core of players. In 2008, we saw the bright future of the franchise. In 2010, we may see how this team could turn itself from one hit wonders to a New York and Boston-challenging dynasty. Taking the pace slowly may have finally produced results.
